Overview

In Korea, we has been marketing our first product T-SPOT®.TB test, which is used to test for tuberculosis infection, through a local distributor since 2010. In early 2017, in order to maximize our business opportunity in Korea, one of the most opportunistic market in Asia, we have established Korea office, and hiring a Product Manager who can reinforce our sales and marketing activities on T-SPOT.TB.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Grow market intelligence through routine interactions with key stakeholders at customer-side, such as hospital, commercial laboratory, and government agency, as well as partner-side with local distributors.
  • Through collaboration with Country Manager, develop and roll out marketing activities for T-SPOT.TB.
  • Engage and collaborate effectively with business partners
  • Provide sales training to sales team at distributors, and conduct supportive field visits.
  • Establish, maintain, and build-up relationship with KOLs, with a primary emphasis on tertiary hospitals
  • Create sales/marketing aids.

Qualifications

Technical Skills and abilities

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experiences in sales/marketing in healthcare industry.
  • Capable of effectively presenting technical subjects to laboratory staff and clinicians
  • Commercial awareness. Sales experience in clinical diagnostics would be advantageous.
  • Academic degrees in life science is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is preferred.

  • Organized and logical, capable of operating in an SOP driven organisation

 

Other requirements:

  • Involves frequent domestic travel, as well as interactions with colleagues in overseas.
